TEAMS-3

The current TEAMS extension study is focused on expanding access to AIM HI training for trainees and pre-licensed mental health providers who serve autistic youth and families.

This study is funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration Autism Research Consortium for Behavioral Health. The study is designed to better understand how to support trainees and pre-licensed providers in learning and using AIM HI in outpatient and school-based mental health service settings.

Study Goal

The goal of the current study is to increase access to evidence-based autism intervention training for early-career mental health providers.

The study will examine how AIM HI training can be delivered to trainees and pre-licensed providers and how organizations can support providers in using AIM HI strategies with autistic youth and families.

What Does Participation Involve?

Participating organizations may help identify eligible providers who are interested in receiving AIM HI training. Providers who participate may receive free AIM HI training and may be asked to complete study activities to help the research team understand the feasibility and impact of the training.

Study activities may include surveys, participation in training, and other research related to provider training and implementation.
